Merry Makers Market Closing Reception + Holiday Party

CELEBRATE THE NEW YEAR WITH PARTY AND SHOPPING AT BEE CAVE ARTS NONPROFIT

Contracommon is proud to present our Merry Makers Market, a booth-style display of art and handmade goods from Austin-area artists, on view from November 18th through January 13, 2025. A closing reception and holiday party will be held at Contracommon  on Saturday, January 11 from 4-7pm. Visitors are invited to stop by and shop original artwork from exhibiting artists, while celebrating the end of the holiday season. This event is free and open to the public.  

Our Merry Makers Market offers a wide range of artworks and products from exhibitors, including: original paintings, small drawings, glassware, ceramics, shadow boxes, stickers, magnets, reproduction prints, jewelry, clothing, and more! Exhibiting artists include: Anastassia Rabajille, Caitlyn Goode, Chris Tobar Rodriguez, Darryl Demps Jr., Deke Cameron, Erica Prasad, Iain Neberman, Iris Rylander, Kathy Phan, Kelsey Baker, Mary Helen McNally, Maysa Bogheiri, Mckenzie Hughes, Nina Ho, Rashmi Pottekatt, Samantha Kins, Tony Nguyen, and Váz Andreina. 

Contracommon will host the exhibiting artists from the market, our donors, and our collaborators from 2024, as well as free refreshments. We warmly invite the Central Texas community to join us in uplifting creative small businesses and celebrating during this season of giving.

The gallery is open to the public Friday through Sunday from 12–6pm for the duration of the exhibition. Private weekday shopping appointments can be scheduled at calendly.com/contracommon.
